Playwrights Platform

In 2023, Playwrights West is launching the Playwrights Platform, a way to support playwrights at any stage of their development and careers.

This will include:

Sponsorships so as to allow artists to run donation campaigns for their individual projects.
Direct development, providing artists with dramaturgical support and public workshop opportunities for their plays.
Partnerships with other nonprofit theatre companies, mounting co-produced workshops and / or productions of new plays by Playwrights West supported playwrights.
Full, independent productions of new plays by Playwrights West supported playwrights.
